Plumbing Inspection #1
Water Heater

Lavatories / Kitchen Sinks / Tubs / Shower

- Check operation
Toilets
- Inspect tanks for leaks and corrosion

Plumbing Inspection #2
- Visually inspect water supply lines

- Inspect water meter connections if accessible
- Clock the water meter

Misuse (such as a toy down commode); Drain cleaning; Customer supplied fixtures; Appliances; Water heater replacement; External & underground piping of any kind; Water filters; Sewage pumps; One-piece toilets; Obsolete equipment; Carpentry & drywall; Repairs resulting from fire, flood or acts of God; Future changes required by government codes or insurance requirements; External power supply & disconnects; Work performed after alterations have been made by anyone other than J. E. Shekell, Inc.; Repairs or cleaning needed to place the equipment in proper working order before acceptance of Plumbing Program; Fuel and other storage tanks; Servicing of boiler systems.
